At PEAKfitness, we strive to provide high-quality fitness coaching and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any membership or coaching program.
1. Membership Fees
All membership and coaching fees are payable in advance and are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases made through PEAKfitness are non-refundable.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
Change of mind.
Lack of participation.
Missed coaching sessions.
Schedule conflicts.
Failure to achieve expected fitness results.
Partial use of a membership or coaching program.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, including:
Duplicate payments.
Incorrect billing due to a technical error.
Failure to deliver the purchased service due to reasons solely attributable to PEAKfitness.
Supporting documentation may be required before a request is reviewed.
4. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not entitle the member to a refund for the current membership period.
If your membership is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal, it will simply expire at the end of the purchased term.
5. Program Transfers
Memberships, coaching plans, and purchased programs are personal and may not be transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another individual unless approved in writing by PEAKfitness.
6. Promotional Offers
Memberships or coaching programs purchased during promotional campaigns, discounts, flash sales, or special offers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
7. Service Modifications
PEAKfitness reserves the right to modify coaching schedules, trainers, workout plans, or digital content to improve service quality. Such modifications do not qualify for a refund.
8. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
